After completing his studies, in 1974 Behgjet Pacolli returned to Kosovo to be employed as a correspondent for foreign languages and deputy director for development at the Textile Factory, Gjilan. He held this position until 1975, from where he once again left Kosovo towards the west and career development.

From 1976 to 1980, Behgjet Pacolli held important managerial positions in several companies as Commercial Director for regional development of the Peter Zimmer Company, Kufstein Austria and then Commercial Director in the Interplastica Project Engineering company in Morbio Inf. Switzerland.

After the successes as a commercial director in the company Interplastica, he is appointed its general director. The successes of Behgjet Pacolli as the general manager of this company were evident.

During the 10-year period as the leader of the Interplastica company, he managed to increase the company's annual turnover tenfold. Thus, Interplastica turns into an engineering giant, reaching a turnover of billions in the early 90s.<\/p> <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
